I bought a sample of the E05 directly from this company as I was considering buying a bulk order that I planned to combine with other items and resell to clients that would find this package of things useful. --- When I received the E05 it initially crashed afterwards I was able to turn it on and get to the main screen but it was hard to use in the manner that I purchased it for, so I wanted to send it back and order another item of theirs that I thought would work better for my clients before I placed an order of over 100 units. --- I connected with Peter ([email protected]) who gave me the run around about sending it back and I had to send images of what was going on before he could do that. I explained to him why that didn't matter but finally unpacked everything to give him the images requested. --- This time however the unit wouldn't turn on properly. It was charged but gave a screen with lots of "static". I sent him images of this as well as a video. --- So now there were two problems. The item wasn't of use to me or my clients and even more important, it DIDN'T work. --- So once again I told him I wanted a refund and would send this back. --- He then wrote me and told me to fix it! I can't make this up. He said it was a loose wire and send me photos on how to fix it. So basically I'd void any warranty that it might have had buy opening up the unit thereby ensuring that they'd never take it back. --- Avoid this company and their products. Also if you connect with someone on Alibaba continue to work with them on there even for samples. Unfortunately I just bought the sample via Paypal not thinking much of doing so since it wasn't the main order. I'd no idea they'd try to stiff me out of $170 and not make an order 100 more, but I guess their priorities are smaller than more business. Lesson learned. Caveat Emptor.
