Bought a new princess carriage and he battery wouldnt work and a part was broken

I was told when i first got it and the battery didnt work that i would recive a replacement battery i was told that because of the company moving warehouses that it would take awhile. I have since called 3x and sent 2 emails and am being refused a new battery because its been to long since i got it even though they are the ones who never sent it. You are a huge companh and you cant honor the word of your company and send me a freaking batteryis one battery going to he that big of a lose no. I spent nearly 500$ on this stupid carrage that my kids havent been able to use because of thinking the axel came broken and not having a working battery.
