Both upper racks need replacement.

I paid a serviceman $130.00 to replace left upper rack on my 15 month old dishwasher! Now the upper right one is broken! K.A. refused AGAIN to replace it! The dishwasher is 26 months old!! It washes the dishes well, but when I purchased it, I certainly did not think that in 26 months I'd have to pay TWICE for a serviceman to replace that which is obviously defective! Shame on Kitchen Aid! It is they who are responsible, yet it is I who must pay (TWICE) for the replacement of BOTH inferior racks on their dishwasher!! BUYER BEWARE!
