book not subscribe for and not receive

I didnot apply for a subscription, but keep getting emails about payment attempts not successful, I emailed asking what are they trying to charge me for and what is this company. Not resposes was given and the emails stopped so did the charges then I got an envelope today about books i did not receive and status paid. Charges on the 20 May 2019, the 10 June 2019 and the 2 July 2019 I was charge $21.96 each months for books I didnot receive and didnot subscribe for. I sent 2 emails to let them know this is the case and I am still being charged for books. I need a full refund of my money and for them to stop charging me. I DIDNOT REQUEST A SUBSCRIPTION FROM YOUR COMPANY.
