Greetings, on 1st of August I have booked my 2 ways tickets to my home country Jordan till 3rd of August. On the 3rd of august I had some issues in the airport, and I couldn't travel, I tried to call your customer service to make the ticket as an open ticket or to make a refund request, but I spent more than 2 hours waiting and nobody answered my call, in these 2 hours waiting I spent $1200 on my phone bill without feeling as I was busy of the issue that happened to me in the airport. After 2 hours the customer service answered my call, and I spent with him an hour to check for possible flights, after confirming that there is a flight available he kept me on hold 25 mins, and then he informed that the flight is full and nothing to do in this case. Kindly note that I booked another ticket by paying the normal amount, and nobody helped me from your company. I lost too much money in this, and I hope you can help me in this, even i can provide you my phone bill with your company that wasn't useful at all.
