Hello, I purchased blu ray software from Aieesoft to convert my Macbook pro into being able to use blu ray DVDs on my personal computer and it doesn't work. I purchased this on the 13th for $41.00. I want a full refund back. I have talked to a customer support person by the name of Shirley who informed me I would not be able to get a refund back, and she kept making excuses as to why I couldn't get w refund back. One excuse was she couldn't find my registration code, which I went online and found for her. Please help me resolve this issue. Thank you, Tara Lay.
