BLOOMEX HAVE NO FLOWERS AND HAVE CANCELLED MY ORDER

I have received the notification below that Bloomex have no flowers in Australia so its best not to use them. I wanted to order for mothers day in Australia last Sunday. I received advice on Tuesday that they could not deliver due to unprecedented demand until Thursday and now today have received this. 15.5.2020 RECEIVED FROM emily@***.ca Mother's Day Order Update - full refund Dear Customer, We are really sorry to disappoint you. We will not be able to deliver your order due to supply issue. Local growers are sold out and overseas supply is limited due to COVID-19 transportation restrictions.
