I was trying to connect to my Disneyplus account and found my account was blocked. I called the customer service number thinking there was a mistake, I was told that my account was globally blocked due to offensive words in my profile, dumb founded I asked what was offensive, and I was told that it was my email address that has the word viking in it which happens to be our football team name, the agent trying to help me was also dumb founded about it, he tried to get the corporate official to come on the line and explain it to me but he or she refused to take the call. Total insanity!! User's recommendation: Disney has gone off the rails, total insanity.
