Product arrived damaged, ventilation slats were all smushed together and when I tried to open them they fell out and cannot get them back into the machine and neither could a family member who also tried. Now what??? Needless to say I'm not happy!! User's recommendation: If ventilation slats appear odd, don't try to force them open as they will fall out of the machine and you will not be able to get them back in.
