Order a 5 cup coffee maker with a filter. Received it and no filter in it. Worked with Amazon to just get a new filter came in to large call Black & Decker with an Amazon representative. they told me I needed to have the number on the plug to find the right filter. The representative told me when I called back they can pull up the information with my phone number. I call back Black & Decker directly. They could not find any information about the first phone when. Havent found the time to call back again. Im not happy that Im dealing with issues several times.
