Billing mistake

We signed up for auto withdraw and we got a letter stating we were over due, last year my wife had to call and now again this year we must call again. Their phone service is terrible, it has been one half hour and we are on hold. You get recorded messages several time before you can even get through. Very sub bar billing and phone service. Perhaps they are under staffed .We have signed up for automatic withdraw and this is the second year that they have screwed up. A very poorly run Company for customer service. They need to hire more people
