Billing me for defective device!

I ordered a Dexcom blood glucose meter from them as I could not order it Directly from Dexcom. The device never worked properly. I called to complain and wanted to return it to them; They said I had to return it directly to Dexcom which I did. Now, two months later, I get a bill from them! I called and after almost an hour I finally speak to someone who said I had to get Dexcom to replace it. Nonsense! I followed your instructions to return it and you are trying to bill me still? What a *** company! Never deal with them! They are worthless! User's recommendation: Stay away from them!
