Charged me more than once for a vendor who didnt come, a vendor who had to return after he obtained authorization and then put a lock on my account leaving me not only with a ac that didnt work but now a refrigerator. additionally early on a had a vendor come to my house and i felt very uncomfortably with the interaction. I called and asked that the vendor never come to my house again and was treated as if i was the problem and not taken seriosuly. i have made numerous phone calls, 30 plus minutes on hold more than 3 times and no resolution.
