Billed for equipment

I recently cancelled my service. I was billed for my equipment. I spoke with a rep., and she told me boxes would be sent so that I can drop the equipment at my local post office. No boxes sent, no FedEx or UPS store in my rural county for return. In the meantime, I am in the middle of a home purchase, with my finances being scrutinized. It is ridiculous to have this bill on my credit. I don't want to keep the equipment, so I don't intend to pay for it. I want to return it. I already made a call to arrange that, and as of now, I'm still waiting for boxes. I'm sure there is a recording of my call with your agent. I want this charge removed. I want this charge removed.
