Rich's Towing, located at 59 W. Church St, Spring Valley, NY 10977 are such big rip offs. They go to some of the apartment locations and tow the vehicle illegally, even when the owner of the vehicle comes to their vehicle before they can even start to load the vehicle on to their flat bed tow truck. When the owner of the vehicle comes and tells them that they are about to leave, this Tow Truck Employee, ignores the fact that the owner said they are leaving and continues to tow the vehicle on to their flat bed, then they say, "too bad, the vehicle is on the tow truck and the only way it will be brought down is if we pay $146.00 and if its towed to their location then it will be between $210.00 to $300.00 to get back the vehicle". This is how arrogant they are!!! Additionally, they are very nasty and ill mannered company.
