Called them for help with email problems. First time I called, about 8am Eastern on a Monday morning, I was told that it was too early, the MyTime service was not 24/7 and that they would get back to me in a couple of days. I called several times and wasted about 4 hours trying to get them to help but they refused. In the end I got an independent computer person to help me down the phone - it was a Windows update that had caused the problem. Second time I called with an email problem. Again, messed around for hours on the phone. Spent 15 minutes on hold with a 'specialist' trying resolve the issue that I had - unable to send or receive email on my PC. He was utterly clueless. I asked for a superviser so he put me on hold for 35 minutes. Three hours ofmy life that I wont get back. Again, reached out to another provider for help. Really a complete waste of money.
