KSL DEALS - BEWARE they truly do NOT CARE!! I called them today after waiting for my order to come. Since they took my $$$$ on the day I ordered just over 4 weeks ago. They lied to me saying they sent me an email with vital info. that was needed to process the order even though I told her I NEVER got an email!! Taking my money should have processed the order! Otherwise do not take people's $$$ until the DEAL is totally processed DUH!! She acted liked oh well it was my fault and was not empathetic at all!
