RE: Troy, Michigan An ordeal with this guy (Keith Koerber), a real piece of work and insurance scam expert. Suffice it to say he conned is into a new roof after AAA declined claim of partial roof damage due to high winds. What we did not know at the time is that this guy and AAA were involved in a lawsuit at the time. We were punished for his behavior. So we ended up paying him over $13,000 for the new roof; he billed $15000 but said we’d get a discount if we paid in cash. I took the discount off and paid by check (illegal to otherwise). We had to take out a loan for the $$, which apparently wasn’t fast enough for this guy who threatened putting a lien on our home. Now, two years later, the roof is falling apart—the $13000, 25-year warranty roof—and this guy won’t answer phone calls, texts or emails. What avfurst class jerk and con man. Learn from my mistake and avoid this guy like the plaque.
