Great scam: A little bit of false advertising and a big $15 cancellation fee!! Beware, although they are owned by ORBITZ, they are located in Australia with billing coming from the UK. I booked a hotel which according to the hotelclub.com search engine was near the Ft. Lauderdale airport and which had an airport shuttle service. When I called the hotel an hour later, I found out it was not near the Ft. Lauderdale international airport, but near a smaller local airport about 20 miles away. Also I was told they had no shuttle. I cancelled immediately, but was charged the $15 cancellation fee.
