Karey Distributors has not helped me

As of now they refunded my money. only due to them missing a time frame to respond. It still is not 100% official but it appears it is heading that way. Company refused to refund me

Karey Distributors is a bad company. They sell vacuums. The also go under the name rainbow vacuums. They sold me a faulty product and refused to take it back.
