I bought my Fre Lifeproof phone cover for my S10 and after 6 months, the plastic protector covering the camera lense was so damaged that I couldn't take a clear picture anymore. We've contacted Lifeproof to see if they would assist us with that matter but they said that it was our fault and certainly not normal wear and tear. We even sent photos of the entire case to show how perfect the condition of the case is as I take really good care of my phone and how damaged was the protector. After reading all the complaints on ProductReview about the poor quality of the plastic used to protect the screen and lenses (I wish I would have read that before buying sighhh...), I totally agree with all the complaints...this plastic is very cheap. What we'll do is remove it...so it won't be waterproof again...but at least I'll be able to take photos and videos again. For $75 and a supposed Lifeproof warranty, this is 100% disappointing and never again we'll buy Lifeproof.
