Better customer service with staff who know what they’re talking about

This card gets randomly declined and I am charged for it despite it being no fault of my own. Then I require a convenience cheque and after 18 calls to customer service they are unable to do so once you leave the states so you loose your entire money as the card cant be used! I would never ever use them again, appalling service
