The people at this office are very unprofessional. Your told one day to come for something and you come on the day your told its not ready. You give them advance notice and they still have you wait . People have jobs just as themselves who can’t leave work early or come late as they feel. They should be considerate and keep their word as a representative for health professionals. Also the wait time is extremely long. Instead of the woman flirting with the male employees when people are in attendance they should check in the line. This is highly unprofessional. This is also not the first time this is happening. I think a undercover high up should come over to the main street location and investigate.
