Being discriminated against and no right of response

I have had a guest try to extort money by making false claims. The guest then went onto demanding a refund when this was rejected The extortion attempt was foiled and an in depth answer given. The guest then placed a one star review on my site. I had 50 or so five star rating and this prevented Super Host as it reduced my rating to below 4.5 stars. acted unreasonablereasonable review the case over for further Failed User's recommendation: Very hard this o deal with Airbnb even when 100% in the wrong they continue to discriminate against hosts.
