Being charged membership fee despite cancellation

I cancelled my membership last month but yesterday an attempt to chafge May's membership fee was submitted via PayPal. Please desist in trying to get further money out of me. I am no longer a member. I spent 20 minutes trying to contact WW regarding this and that is NOT good customer service. Please contact me to confirm that this matter has been resolved Veronica Kane
