Been trying to claim my winning.

Each time l been receiving these sweepstake Audit Bureau to registered notice confirmation with the fee of $5.00 each time. & l response before the deadlines. So l would like to know why aren't they getting process to claim my unclaimed price funds sum of $12,000,000,00+ l'm doing my part so when do l get my cash yet. Debbie V.
