Been trying to change a reservation for weeks

SW employees are using the "pandemic" to their fullest benefit. I have a reservation, need to make a minor change, can not get through to anyone. Try calling, first it says you are next in line, then your wait time is 5 minutes, then 22 minutes, then 39 minutes, just how does THAT work? User's recommendation: Book through a travel company that actually answers the phone.
