I have been lied to on three occasions over the last 18 days. We have been without A/C that whole time. We have been told three times that the part was on order and would be here in 2-5 business days only to be told the same story three times. My wife is a heart patient heat makes it hard for her to breath. She has COPD& open air with particulate matter is a problem getting more concerning daily. I am furious to be lied to constantly. We are elderly people sbd this company couldnt care less about its customers needs. User's recommendation: Don’t use them.
