Been dealing with this bank for over 20 years with happy service

but..... the change in the automated service is going to make me take my business to a different banking system . vary disappointed that they cant leave a good thing alone . i use the automated system with my phone . now you got to talk to a brainless voice response system that"s as stupid as the person that installed it! repeat over and over and over and over and over and over and over and over.and cant get my balances anymore what a stupid idea. what kind of moron that thought that a voice system would be better some how is a joke . well don't have anything else to say but this is another stupid rule that you need 100 words in order to publish
