Become really unreliable

They were quite good for long time but then perhaps all their support team got ill or lost any responsibility. Now they become the reason why I lost hundred of dollars in income. My customers are waiting for the products I shipped to Leyifan company. But the support ignores me all working week. They don't apply campaign shipping discount, they gave any email reply to many my messages. It's horrible. I used goyokikiya.com, tensojapan.com, tenso.com, baggageforward.jp forwarding companies for more than 6 years and never experienced so bad attitude. I like some services Leyifan provide, that's why I used them last months but now I don't see any advantages if I lose so much time and incur direct losses.
