Because I am in a wheelchair and can’t get a device tech to come out and set up my dvrs

Just sickwasgiven the runaround by 4 different operators who were not honest and clear. They pretended to helpbut was a charade by all 4 people. Im 69 and sick of the runaround. 4 hrs spent on the phone today and just sick, disappointed, and exhausted. Told I could get a technician to come to my new apartment and set up my dvrs and remotebut a lot was left unmentioned and then I was told a whole different thing. Took my charge card no. And set up an account but no technician. I am sickin a wheelchair and no one to help me. Fully upset and treated inhumanly. User's recommendation: No at&t.
