I paid for a VIP room/service (if thats what you want to call it) and had a horrible experience. First off my room was hot as ***, no air conditioner whatsoever. Then when we brought this to their attention they were very short with us. We had to hunt down our "complimentary" bottles of champagne. Bartender was very rude for no reason, gave bad customer service, then had the nerve to ASK for a tip, then yelled at us when we didnt give her one..just ignorant..spoke with a "manager" and she looked angry and unapproachable. She was rude as well. No matter how much money you spend , they still treat you like ***. I refuse to pay Beamers to be mean and rude to me...someone told me not to go there, i shouldve listened. If i ever go there again, i will make sure i drink b4 i get there and get there early enough to get in free, so i wont have to spend anymore money there..I got a booth at club flow for free and they treated me better than beamers...*** shame
