Today we visited your location at Downey Ca, at the Stonewood Mall to celebrate my sister's birthday. My sister don't go out much because she has a difficult time walking so on her birthday we wanted to go to her favorite restaurant to celebrate her birthday. It was very busy and we did understand that it was very busy, our food took a long time to come so finally we received our entrees and they were cold, my parents were ok with there's but we send back two entrees to remake. Thats fine my main complaint was our waitress, I think she was tired or maybe having a bad day because she had such a bad attitude and when we complained about our food being cold she called the manager and was talking really loud to her right in front of us about it. It was very uncomfortable and I can see the manager was a little uncomfortable too and she quickly ask her to let her take care of it. The manager left and she came back with new food and it was great but we were still waiting for our server to give us refills on our drinks, breadsticks and salad. the manager did bring us refills and another server came and said she will take care of us because our first server went home. She never came to say she was leaving and someone else was going to be our server. like i said she was having a bad day or was tired. I didn't get her name but she was a dark skin hispanic girl heavy set with orange red hair.Our second server Brittany was great and also the manager that took care of us was really nice and she did take care of the two meals that were cold. I love this location but today was not a good day
