Does not offer returns

How do you not offer returns. Especially if you don’t know if the item is to small or to big on you. That’s horrible customer service and return policy. The company doesn’t even offer to give your money back. They even told me I can purchase a new one for 50% off and keep the old one.... Read more➤

ID badges

Awhful company, wish I would have seen the reviews before I purchased. They first shipped my ID badge to the wrong address, then they lied about the day my item would be shipped, I still haven’t received it yet.

Logo Spectrum “owner” incompetence

Just witnessed a fellow colleague on the phone with so called “owner” Michelle who was rude from the start. Badges were not inspected prior to being shipped.
