I have purchased videocon lcd - vll32hbm from surya electronics dated 14.10.2010. I have also made complaint (no. Pun1410100479) regarding base bkt and demo installation. But till date we have neither received any base bkt nor any reply from customer care from you. We also called your representative on [protected] but he said that he had left hi job before 4 months. Whenever we call customer care they just give assurance that in two days the complaint will resolved. But yet this was not fulfilled
