bargain_sales on "ioffer" gave me a counter offer of $1.00 USD. I accepted the offer. They told me they made a mistake and would cost much more for the item.Complete "Bait and Switch." Most of the sellers on "ioffer" have a scam going and we need to inform the unexpecting American consumer about them. We need to have these internet snakes removed from our USA internet somehow. There have been so many complaints about these Chinese websites that are taking advantage of Americans. Can you help? Does anyone know how to report these fraud businesses for investigation? Can my local DA do anything?
