I have 4 day flexi pass starting day of the pass is lost electronically without travelling. I travel only one day but it shows that I have used two and two left. I am trying to reach someone but no helpplease help !!!
I booked a semi flex ticket that says its changeable before date of departure. I tried to change in the site and get a message that says it isnt changeable. Customer suppport form returns with a generic statement that changes can be made on the site. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! User’s recommendation: Do not use this service.
They refused refund due to lockdown in London and denied receiving my email, claiming that it’s old email address, even it was the same email they were using to reply me. I email screenshot of my email to them and they continued to denied receipt. User’s recommendation: Do not use them at all.

I sent countless emails to their customer service team and never got any response. There is no number to call on their website. User’s recommendation: Wouldn’t recommend.
