Bank feeds for my business account is no longer working. Numerous days and many phones later I was told they were working on an issue. No estimated time for the fix, just keep checking. This is unacceptable. Also why would business owners be made aware of these update. User's recommendation: have a problem be prepared to spend alot of time being tranferred to people who have no idea what the problem is.
