Bait & Switch false advertising – Oil Change

1

I received in the mail an oil change coupon from Jeff Wyler in Fairfield about a $33 oil change. I scheduled the appointment & brought in my $33 coupon to be used within 30 days of July 8, 2019. The Service Mgr refused to honor saying that my coupon was "expired" when clearly it wasn't. Then he said he would give me an oil change for $99 as part of the "Wyler" care. Really??? Oil changes normally don't cost that much for a Nissan Altima. Who's fooling who??? Besides that, the last time I brought my car in for an oil change at Jeff Wyler's, the service was TERRIBLE!!! I had to bring the car back because the tires weren't properly inflated & they didn't reset the computer to indicate that service had performed - VERY POOR & CERTAINLY NOT WORTH $99
