My complaint is not resolved to my satisfaction. I ordered a winter-weight cotton garment with ribbed cuffs and neck. I received a thin, flimsy, slippery garment with the same printed pattern. I want both my purchase price as well as the shipping costs refunded. There are many garments I would have ordered if this company was not dishonest and I had received the garment I ordered. Bait and switch, catfished by New Chic. L. Krueger.
