Bad service from Moonpig

I ordered a card and flowers from Moonpig for a birthday. Flowers arrived ok but no card. Contacted Moonpig and was given poor service from 3 different operators. I wanted a full refund including flowers which they refused to do, only the card. Went onto Moonpig resolver and still waiting. Very poor service all round. Will not use them again. User's recommendation: Do not use them.
