Bad service and part didn’t work

PCM didn't work correctly and never could get customer service to answer the phone or call back. Paid extra for programmed keys that didn't work. In the end had to take the vehicle to Ford and have it programmed. Ordered the PCM for a Lincoln Town Car, and Ford said it was programmed for a F-450. User's recommendation: Do not use.
