Bad service and Fraud

i filed a claim since 08.28.19, and ever since, no calls at all from this company, i called them once a week for the whole month and they always tell me that Vicky ( "the manager") will be calling me the following day and never happens.. very very bad reputation for this company it's all fraud. also they lie to the customers and claimed that they are waiting on the manufacture company... don;t buy any furniture at Mor furniture for less, because they will be offering this protection. do you research before you spend your money
