Project should have only taken a few months ended up going 5 months. No follow up from Carolina Kitchen and the contractors they hire. If i hadn't consistently complained about their contractors work nothing would have ever been attempted to be fixed. They were not really concerned about quality of work, just that they installed it and get paid for bad work. Gaps in cabinets, crooked center island and cabinets and many other defects identified by me and had to be patched by them. It required 3 different contractors from their company to fix all the issues. I really feel like i didn't get the quality work as a consumer i deserved especially because of the cost of the kitchen and bath renovation and i highly suggest you use a different company unless you don't really care about quality. Highly dissapointed...
