Bad-quality work and seller refused to return money back

It wasn’t worth it to deal with the company www.allhomework.net. I have paid money for the essay and when I got it back, I was surprised to see bad-quality text with mistakes and some errors. I emailed the rep and told that I wasn’t satisfied with the content and would like to return full sum, but the rep told me to stop writing him stupid emails. Run from this unprofessional company.
