I went in their grossmont center 4/20/18 branchh to get my baby ear pierced..only after 4 days the back of the earrings ( push back) fall off and I notice my baby left ear is swelling.. I followed all their instructions how to clean and put the solution on her ears. I throw away the receipt.I won't recommend them to anyone..
