Bad product, no buyers receipt

I have tried to contact you via the computer, by no response after 2 weeks. No customer service, false advertising about human hair. My phone is 612 799 **** Phyllis Lawrence. I have a photo of a pathetic $100 wig, I assume cannot return since you have no return receipt included. I will post this next week on social media. User's recommendation: Just say no.
