Bad information and lack off Customer Service response. Poorly informed Staff.
Called prior to placing order and given bad information. Needed to order two sizes to ensure had for daughters wedding. Told even though appeared as final, customer service would allow return, as Saks Customer Service is very responsive Just informed take to.Easton location who refused return, but said I could return via mail. All avenues suggested refused to provide return and attempts to contact Customer Service have failed. No reply. Complaint on rejected return and lack of response. Bad information from Columbus Easton store. Inquiry made two weeks ago no response. User's recommendation: Don’t Shop.
