bad haircut and bad customer service

On 18 April 2019 I entered the Mastercuts in Opry Mills mall to get a haircut. There was only one employee in the shop at the time. I didnt realize it until after I left but the lady cutting my hair shaved a spot almost bald near the top of my head. I couldn't tell from the angle in the chair but it was obvious once I got back to my room. I was disappointed and decided to go back to get my money back. When I went back, the lady was rude and told me at first that she couldn't give my money back. Then she told me she would call her manager. When I said ok, she said she would only give the the 1-800 number. Then she said she wouldn't do that either and told me I would have to Google it. When I started to Google it, she told me she was going to call security. To be clear, I never once was rude, or loud at all. I was attending a conference and totally embarrassed by the weird bald spot on my head. I would very much like my money back.
