Terrible experience of buying a first apartment. I bought an apartment with gas heating from a private person who had a contract with Latio for the sale of the apartment. I can't believe that a company that positions itself as a leader in the Australian real estate market had not been convinced of the legal construction of gas heating before advertising and offering property to buyers! The appraiser (Latio, of course) also wrote in his opinion "gas heating" without making sure of the agreed construction. Does it work for professionals?
